Photos, negatives, and slides fade over time. It’s just how it is. But there’s no reason you need to let your memories fade with them.
Digital copies are provided on a flash drive with each image as a separate jpeg file.
Flash drives are $10 each and hold up to 10,000 images. Extra flash drives are $10 each. You are welcome to bring your own flash drive in with the images and save the $10 flash drive charge.
Organize your images using envelopes or bags and we’ll organize them accordingly on your provided flash drive.
FAQs
How long does it take to complete my order?
Turn around time really depends on how many images you have, and how backed up we are when you drop off. That said, we typically complete jobs within 5 business days. If you need it faster, just ask! We’ll move you to the front of the line.
My images appear to be faded or damaged. Can you fix them?
We take each image we scan into photoshop for manual image enhancements including dust and scratch removal, and color balance repair. Severely damaged photos fall under our photo restoration services which are quoted on an image by image basis.
How should I organize my photos?
This is really up to you! If you want to categorize your images just separate and label them. Plastic bags or envelopes are great for separating images. We’ll scan them in the order you organize them, and put them in different folders on your flash drive based on your categorizations.
